Ordering and delivery

Pre-orders only
Every Brownette box is baked to order in small batches. Please place your order at least 24 hours ahead. Checkout only shows the dates we can still bake fresh for.
Minimum order
Our minimum order is Rs 1, so that every box leaves our kitchen at its best.
Delivery in Karachi
We deliver across Karachi. Delivery charges depend on your area and are shown at checkout before you pay. For the smoothest hand-over, add a landmark or preferred time in the delivery notes.
Payment
Pay online by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available) through Stripe. Prices are in Pakistani rupees. Stripe charges us a fee to convert rupee payments, so card orders show a currency conversion fee as its own line at checkout. There are no other extra charges.
Prefer cash? Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the rider when your brownies arrive. There's no conversion fee.
Your order status
We email you when your order is confirmed: straight away for cash on delivery, or once your card payment goes through. We also email when it's baking, when it's out for delivery and when it's delivered. You can check the status on your order page any time.
