Terms of service

By ordering from Brownette.pk you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed when your card payment goes through (or, for cash on delivery, when you place it) and we send you a confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because a date is no longer available, we may cancel it and give you a full refund.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and shown before you pay, including delivery and the currency conversion fee. We may change prices for future orders at any time.

Allergens

Brownies are made with common allergens, including gluten, dairy and eggs, and some flavours contain nuts or soy. If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery

We deliver within Karachi on the date you choose. Please make sure someone can receive the order; we'll contact you on the number provided if we can't find you.

Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for orders placed through your account.
