What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, mobile number, delivery area and address, delivery date, and any notes or gift message.
- Accounts (optional): your email, name, a securely hashed password, and saved delivery details.
- Payments: card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, so your card details never reach our servers. For cash on delivery we only record that the order was paid.
- Visits: anonymous page counts. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies; visits are counted with a daily-rotating, one-way hash that can't identify you.
How we use it
Only to bake and deliver your order, contact you about it, keep your account working, and see which pages and flavours people like. We never sell your data.
Who helps us
- Stripe, for card payments.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our forms from bots.
- Instagram (Meta), because our feed images load from Instagram.
- Our hosting and email providers, to run the site and send order emails.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: one to keep your box and sign-in working, and one that protects forms from forgery.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@brownette.pk. We keep order records only as long as needed for accounting.
