Refunds and cancellations

Because every box is baked fresh for your date, here's how changes and refunds work.
Cancelling
- Cancel up to 24 hours before your delivery date for a full refund.
- Closer to the day your brownies may already be baking, so we can't refund them. Ask us as early as you can and we'll try to move your date instead.
Something not right?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds for card payments go back to the original card through Stripe and usually show up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. For cash-on-delivery orders, we'll arrange the refund with you directly.
